Thuringer Rostbratwurst
Weiswurst (White Sausage)
Zwiebelmett or Mettbrötchen (the meat sandwich I had in that
little town )
Maultaschen (Dough filled with stuff in a soup)
Leberwurst or commonly known as “Leberkase Hotdog loaf
Kartoffelsalat (Potato salad)
Spatzle (mac and cheese)
Frikadellen (mini meatloaf)
